Collins Realty Celebrates 75 Years

As part of our 75th anniversary celebrations, if you list your property with our sales or property management teams between 1 August 09 – 18 September 09, you go into the draw to win a home makeover pack valued at $1,000. The pack includes gift vouchers from Picture This, Ibbott’s Home Hardware and Riverview Nursery so you can make your property presentation shine!
To be eligible to enter, you must list your property for sale with Collins Sales for at least 90 days, or place your investment property with Collins Property Management for a minimum of six (6) months.
The total prize value is $1000 inc GST. The prize is three gift vouchers: Picture This, Devonport for $335, Ibbotts Home Hardware Devonport for $334 and Riverview Nursery, Don for $334.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
All employees of Collins Realty and their immediate families are ineligible to enter any Advocate competitions. 'Immediate family' is defined as including the employee's spouse (including de facto), parent, sibling or child and same-sex partners. These relations are not eligible to participate. It does not include brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews or grandparents. These relations are eligible to participate.
Collins Realty accepts no responsibility for property loss or damage, injuries sustained or additional costs as a result of accepting prizes.
Submission of entry is considered acceptance of all rules, terms and conditions of each competition.
Winners must be present for the prize draw, which will be held at Collins Realty offices at 59 Best Street Devonport at 4pm on Friday the 18th of September.
