Interstate buyers represent a growing number of our residential client base. A recent survey revealed, not surprisingly, that there are two main reasons - water and climate. How much more appealling would Devonport be if the temperatures were recorded in the CBD, not the airport, which is usually three degrees cooler than town? At any rate, if this trend continues, its great news for the local market!
